Booking Policy Reservation and Payment: Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of [amount agreed upon depending on the service]. Full Payment: Full payment is due prior the start of the service. Payment Methods: We accept paypal as of the moment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made 1 day or more prior to the start date, a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued. If a cancellation is made within the day of the start date, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the same day of the start date. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes to Services: Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be requested in writing a day prior to the start date. Changes may incur additional fees or require adjustments to the original agreement. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the service. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
